Melissa is a therapist in training working under the guidance of Derrick, who as it turns out takes more than just a clinical interest in some of his patients. Caitlin and her husband Ryan have come to seek a remedy for their dull sex life but Melissa is suspicious that Derrick and Caitlin are secretly having an affair.
